What do we mean by Unique Potentials?
Unique Potentials refers to individuals who wish to unfold their potential fast. They are keen to take on new challenges and are driven by an ambition to learn and develop.
Expectations to these people are high. As a Unique Potential, you are expected to deliver above average, and set new standards for behavior and performance. Unique Potentials are an important part of our people pipeline. They are the candidates we prepare for upward movement in our organization.
We identify and develop three kinds of Unique Potentials:
- Global potential – to secure our global expansion
- Local potential – to secure local leadership
- Top management potential – to secure business leadership
How do we select a Unique Potential?
We identify Unique Potentials through global reviews that take place once a year. When a Unique Potential has been selected, a range of on- and off-the-job training programmes develop them quickly.
