Our US Headquarters

Our US headquarters receives a silver certification by LEED, which is dedicated to Leadership in Energy and Environment Design.

This is not the first time our US Headquarters has been recognized for their environmental achievement.

Facts about the Headquarters:

• 97.5 % of the construction and demolition waste was salvaged recycled or diverted. (i.e.) did not go into a wast landfill)
• Our energy efficiency outperforms the Minnesota Commercial Energy Code by 20.3 % based on energy and by 17 % based on cost.
• 26.5 % of construction materials for the project were regionally sourced, meaning they were extracted and manufactured within 500 miles of the project site.
• 90 % of the wood products used in the project were sourced from sustainably managed forests (FSC Certified)
