You need to have the consent of your employer to participate in the Case Report Challenge.
Please ask your manager to send an email to heal@coloplast.com including the following information:
- Your name
- Employers name and position
- Name of your workplace
- Text giving consent: "I give my consent that (your name) participates in the Coloplast Case Report Challenge".
