Educational Grant Application Process

Submission Timeline

All Educational Grant applications must be submitted to the designated Grants/Donations Committee in advance of the proposed educational activity or program to ensure sufficient time for review in accordance with Coloplast’s global policy and regional processes.

Application Process

Grant applications must be completed by the requester using the Coloplast Educational Grant Application Form and submitted to the relevant Coloplast email address (see below). The Application Form outlines all required supporting documentation and information necessary for a complete submission.

Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Role of Coloplast Employees

Coloplast employees, including sales personnel, must not commit to or imply approval of any Educational Grant prior to formal review and decision by the Committee. They are also prohibited from influencing the Committee’s decision or suggesting that a Grant is linked to the purchase, use, or recommendation of Coloplast products or services.

Sales personnel may provide input about a proposed Grant program or recipient only if formally requested by the Committee or Group Business Ethics & Compliance

Disbursement and Documentation

Any organisation receiving a grant or donation is required to agree to the conditions presented by Coloplast. Educational Grants will be paid directly to the grantee organization and must be supported by relevant documentation and aligned with local procedural requirements. Coloplast will maintain records of all Educational Grant applications and decisions in accordance with local requirements and transparency obligations.

Global Scope and Compliance

This process applies to all Coloplast entities globally in alignment with the Coloplast Global Grants, Donations, and Sponsorships Policy, Position Statement and local procedural requirements.
