At Coloplast, we know how hard it can be for people to find themselves using an ostomy bag, catheter or bowel management solution. Some worry about using the new product, or the impact it will have on how they live their life.
The start of this journey is supervised by healthcare professionals. And when people are back at home, Coloplast Care provides personalised guidance and support – complementing the work of healthcare professionals by aiming to empower people to manage their conditions independently.
New life, same person, with care
We created Coloplast Care to ensure that anyone living with a stoma, as well as those with bladder and bowel issues, can receive personalised support at every stage of their care journey, regardless of whether they use Coloplast products.
Our free Care experience includes educational emails and phone support, digital health assessments, product samples, and online information and inspiration. By providing both practical guidance and emotional support, we seek to assist individuals in overcoming the challenges they may face.
