Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer
Amanda Rajkumar is a global HR executive, board director, executive coach and adviser with three decades of experience leading people, culture and organisational transformation across complex international businesses.
Prior to joining Coloplast, Amanda served as Executive Board Member for Human Resources, People & Culture and Labour Director at adidas, with responsibility for the company’s global people agenda. Prior to that, she was Chief Human Resource Officer for the Americas at BNP Paribas. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase.
In 2024, Amanda founded Rajkumar Advisory, through which she advises boards and senior executives and provides executive coaching, particularly around leadership, culture, organisational change and complex people challenges.
Alongside her executive career, Amanda has developed a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, and has held board and trustee roles across social impact and the arts.
Amanda holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and is a qualified executive coach.
